# Integrations overview

> Connect InboxMate to your existing tools and platforms.

InboxMate brings your support channels into one AI-powered inbox. The primary channel is **email** — connect a mailbox and every incoming message gets triaged, drafted, and (on higher plans) auto-replied by the same AI agent. The website **chatbot** is a secondary channel: the same agent, knowledge base, and takeover flow, just answering visitors on your site instead of in their inbox.
