# My profile

> Per-user settings: avatar, mailboxes, personal details, email signature, and UI language.

Open **Einstellungen → Mein Profil**. Everything here is scoped to *you* — your avatar, your personal details, your signature, the mailboxes you've connected. Workspace-wide defaults live under **[Konto](/user-guide/workspace/settings)** instead.

## Meine Postfächer

The mailboxes you've connected for your own use. Mailboxes are owned per-user:

* **Connect a mailbox** via the **Postfach hinzufügen** button. Three options — Outlook OAuth, email forwarding, SMTP. See the [email integration guide](/user-guide/inbox/email-integration) for the full setup walkthrough.
* **Change the AI agent** that handles a mailbox via the inline dropdown on the connection card.
* **Open the settings popover** (the gear icon) to flip sharing, mirror toggles, see the forwarding address, or disconnect.

Account admins / owners see every mailbox on the workspace from this page so they can manage sharing centrally; regular users see what they own plus any mailbox that's shared with the whole team.

## Profilbild

The avatar shown next to your name across the app — sidebar, conversation list, ticket assignee, activity history, comment authors.

* PNG, JPG, or WebP, max 2 MB
* A circular crop modal opens after upload so you can tweak the framing
* Click **Entfernen** to drop back to initials

## Persönliche Angaben

Free-text fields stored on your user profile. Available as variables (`{{agent.role}}`, `{{agent.phone}}`, `{{agent.mobile}}`, `{{agent.linkedin}}`) **and** fed into the AI reply prompt as "about the operator" context so the model can match your seniority and reference your real contact details.

The fields save on blur — no save button.

## E-Mail-Signatur

Your personal signature, appended automatically below every AI draft you send. The editor is a tiptap WYSIWYG with formatting + image upload + variable chips you can click to insert (`{{agent.name}}`, `{{company.address}}`, etc.).

* **Aktivieren** toggle — disable to send mails without your signature
* **Vorschau anzeigen** — renders the signature with variables resolved against your account/profile
* **Auf Workspace-Standard zurücksetzen** — pulls in the workspace default signature (admin-set in [Workspace settings](/user-guide/workspace/settings))

The signature section is hidden until you have at least one mailbox connected — without a mailbox there's no email to sign.

## UI-Sprache

EN or DE. Per-user override; falls back to the workspace default when not set.

## Voice settings (chat agents)

Only shown when your workspace has at least one chat-widget agent.

* **Transkriptions-Sprache** — the speech-to-text language for the chat playground's voice input.
