The playground lets you chat with your agent in a sandboxed environment. Changes you make to the system prompt, knowledge, or settings are reflected immediately in the playground — even before publishing.

Using the playground

  • Open the Playground tab from your agent’s dashboard
  • Type messages as if you were a customer
  • The agent responds using its current (draft) configuration

What to test

  • Common questions — verify the agent gives accurate, helpful answers
  • Edge cases — ask questions outside its knowledge to check fallback behavior
  • Tone — confirm the agent matches your desired communication style
  • Quick questions — verify the suggested questions work as expected
Playground conversations count toward your plan’s test chat limit (Starter: 20/month, Pro+: unlimited).
