Using the playground
- Open the Playground tab from your agent’s dashboard
- Type messages as if you were a customer
- The agent responds using its current (draft) configuration
What to test
- Common questions — verify the agent gives accurate, helpful answers
- Edge cases — ask questions outside its knowledge to check fallback behavior
- Tone — confirm the agent matches your desired communication style
- Quick questions — verify the suggested questions work as expected
Playground conversations count toward your plan’s test chat limit (Starter: 20/month, Pro+: unlimited).
