Using the widget preview
- Go to My AI Agent in the sidebar, then click your agent
- Open the Widget tab
- Type messages as if you were a customer
- The agent responds using its current configuration
What to test
- Common questions — verify the agent gives accurate, helpful answers
- Edge cases — ask questions outside its knowledge to check fallback behavior
- Tone — confirm the agent matches your desired communication style
- Quick questions — verify the suggested questions work as expected
Changes are saved and take effect immediately — there is no separate draft or publish step. The widget preview always reflects the current live configuration.
