How contacts are collected
When a visitor provides their name, email, or other details during a chat, InboxMate captures this information and creates a contact record. You can also configure the widget to proactively request email addresses after a set number of messages.Contact details

- Email address
- Conversation history
- First and last seen timestamps

On plans with advanced compliance mode (EU) enabled, contact data handling follows stricter rules:- Data hosted in Frankfurt, AI processing in Sweden — everything stays in the EU
