Account name and main contact
- Workspace-Name — displayed in the dashboard, used as a fallback for some signature variables
- Haupt-Ansprechpartner — the team member emails / billing notifications route to by default
Company details
Used as signature variables ({{company.address}}, {{company.phone}}, {{company.website}}) and as context for AI reply drafts so the model can drop accurate references into body copy without hallucinating.
Default language
- EN or DE — the default UI language for new users and any operator who hasn’t picked an override on Mein Profil.
- AI reply drafts always match the customer’s language regardless of this setting — the model detects German vs. English from the incoming message.
Workspace default signature
A starter template every user can pull into their own signature with one click. Variables like{{agent.name}} and {{company.address}} resolve per user at send time.
The editor is a small WYSIWYG (bold / italic / underline / link). The section is only shown once the workspace has at least one connected mailbox — without one, the template has nothing to sign for.
Users find a “Reset to default” button on their personal signature editor that pulls the workspace template in. You can change the template at any time; existing personal signatures aren’t overwritten — they stay until each user resets.
