System prompt

The system prompt is a set of instructions your agent follows in every conversation. See best practices for writing tips.
You are the customer support agent for [Company Name]. You help
visitors with questions about [topics]. Be [tone]. When you don't
know the answer, [fallback behavior].
Changes to settings are saved as a draft. Click Publish to make them live.

Quick questions

Quick questions appear as clickable suggestion chips in the chat widget. You can configure separate sets for English and German.
  • Add up to 4 quick questions per language
  • Keep them short (under 40 characters)
  • Focus on your most common customer queries
