Inviting members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite member
- Enter their email address
- They’ll receive an invitation to join your workspace
Roles
- Owner — full access, billing, can delete workspace
- Admin — manage agents, knowledge, and team members
- Member — use agents and inbox, no admin access
