Inviting members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. They’ll receive an invitation to join your workspace

Roles

  • Owner — full access, billing, can delete workspace
  • Admin — manage agents, knowledge, and team members
  • Member — use agents and inbox, no admin access
